Each Base apartment has the capacity for up to four people. The 70m2 apartments have a king-size bed (with the possibility of separating them into two twin beds) in the bedroom and two comfortable individual sofa-beds in the living area.

Each of the units is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a DVD player, a safe, and all the necessities that the modern traveller to Buenos Aires may need for work or for pleasure.

The building also has a rooftop terrace with a small pool and sundeck, great for relaxing moments during the spring or summer in the city. There is also an optional parking space, depending on availability (please consult us if interested).
