You can use our website tools to choose the apartment that meets your needs. Once you have identified the property for you, contact us by using the CONTACT US FORMS which are accessible from the Listings Pages and the Properties Homepage by clicking the link.

You will be asked to fill in certain key information, and to submit the form. AT THIS STAGE IT IS NOT COMPULSORY. Following your contact, one of our Consultancy Staff will be in touch to work through the simple process of securing the reservation.

• You will need to complete a booking form on-line with your personal information
• To process the booking, we will ask you to send the following information. 1. - Full name and passport number.
- Your full address and telephone number.
- Number of people in your group
- Social makeup, i.e., couples, singles, children, etc.
2. Form of transport and your time of arrival
• Once we receive your personal data, we will confirm your booking as soon as possible within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Remember that there is a three three night minimum most of our apartments.


Finalization/Confirmation Process

Once you have confirmed with your consultant that you would like to go ahead with a reservation of a property, there are a few simple steps to be followed.

Your consultant will send you two (2) documents by E-mail attachment.

1, The Invoice - This is the invoice for the cost of the rental, and should be paid either in part or in full (depending on when the rental is taking place) directly to the bank account specified on the invoice or by credit card on our website.

2, The Contract - The contract will have to be signed and sent back to us. •To reserve the apartment online, you will need to pay a reservation deposit with a credit card or bank transfer.

If you choose to make the deposit payment via credit card, this can be done through the secure server site. You will need to add a 6% credit card charge to the total amount you are paying.

If you pay into our bank account, you will not need to pay credit card charges but you must cover the cost of transfer on your side.

Once we receive the Credit Card payment authorization, we will send you a booking confirmation email together with arrival and departure information and our rules.

• The advance deposit payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining part of the payment must be paid in CASH upon arrival. Remember NO CASH--NO CHECK-IN.

• Important Note: Your reservation will only be fully effective

when we receive your booking deposit and you have received a confirmation of your booking via e-mail from BA Apartment Rental.

• Please note that the reservation deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. For fully paid reservations, please see our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions section.

At this point, once the above is completed, our Operations Team will be in touch to arrange the detail of your stay. They will want to know certain key information such as:

Number of guests
Sleeping arrangements (so that the property can be correctly set up)
Extra services required
Airport transfers
Cleaning services
Grocery packs
Arrival details (carrier/dates/times, etc.)
Contact numbers (mobile phones/mobile E-mail, if possible)
